Welcome to website onboarding. To help gain an understanding of your brand and requirements for a website, we've put together this questionnaire for you to fill out. Even if parts of this form have been discussed, we kindly ask that each field is completed to ensure proper documentation for the project and our records. Thank you!
First, some details we'll save as our point of contact. This is who we will send the contract to.
To ensure your website properly represents your brand, we need all contact information and links that should appear on it. If there's anything you'd like not to be shown at all, please write “N/A.”Please write the content/details exactly as you'd like them to appear.
Now, a couple of questions about your business. This gives us a direction to go off of when designing and creating content. The more in depth you write about yourself, the better understanding we'll have and the better content we can create.

Please note that for the project to be completed, we will need any images/videos/logos/graphics/brand kits/etc. you currently have and want to use to be sent over to us. For this, we use Google Drive. After this form is completed and if a contract is signed, we will email you a Google Drive link where this content can be uploaded.
After getting an idea of what your website needs to show and be capable of, it's time to think about how it should look.
